International Yoga Day Celebration

By Ravi Karwa Join Me

This year, I'm hosting a special event for International Yoga Day in support of the Jasmine Centre at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

During the pandemic, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a time of deep fear and uncertainty — but through the compassionate care of the Jasmine Centre, the strength of loved ones, and the healing power of Yoga, she found hope and recovery.

The Jasmine Centre was more than a medical unit — it was a place of safety, dignity, and kindness. We are especially grateful to Mr Olubuwale, his surgical team, and Dr Padma Gopal, who supported her with extraordinary care.

On Sunday, 22nd June (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM), we invite you to Armthorpe Community Centre for a gentle and meaningful session of yoga, breathing, and meditation, followed by traditional Indian snacks and a chance to connect.

Minimum registration: £25 per person (or £40 for two)

All proceeds will go to the Jasmine Centre to support women when they need it most - even if you do not plan to join the session, please consider making a donation.

Please join us — for your well-being, and to help make a difference.

With thanks,
Ravi
