Henry takes on the Barcelona Marathon
Inspirational fundraiser, Henry decided to take on the Barcelona marathon with only two months preparation in a tribute to his recovering Mum, raising an incredible £1,300.
The Stroke Team 24hr cyclethon
Our amazing Stroke Rehabilitation Team at Montagu Hospital completed a 24-hour cycle, raising a staggering £1,955 to improve stroke survivors experience during rehabilitation.
Mitchell – a walk for Chloe
A Doncaster resident has raised over £8,000 for baby loss charities this year, £4,110 of which he has donated to Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH) Charity.
Sandall Beat JFC host a charity match
Grassroots football club, Sandall Beat JFC, organised a festive football match in December 2023, raising more than £1,000 for the Children’s Ward at Doncaster Royal Infirmary
Rhian’s Butterfly Ball
Our wonderful bereavement midwife held a 'Butterfly Ball' raising an incredible £6335.95 to raise funds for maternity bereavement services at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals (DBTH) Trust.

How do I set up an online fundraising page?
When you register for one of our events or register a fundraising activity you will automatically be set up with a fundraising page. Remember to personalise your page with a photo, fundraising target and a short blurb about why you are fundraising on behalf of Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Charity.

We certainly do, you can download our Fundraising Pack which includes a number of printable resources such as bunting and posters to help you raise as much funds and awareness.

How do I keep my fundraiser/ event safe and legal?
Depending on your event idea, there may be a few points you need to bear in mind, for example licencing for raffles, events selling alcohol etc. You can find more information with our fundraising pack and on our website but if you have any questions please contact us on dbth.charity@nhs.net and we’ll be more than happy to help.
