Hi! I’m Nicole!

I have had many struggles with my health issues over the past few years, and DRI and the NHS in general have been very helpful and a very focal point of my life. I’ve received countless different treatments and have accessed multiple of the services DRI have, and decided to take part in the abseil so that I have the opportunity to help raise some awareness, support and money to give back to the community that has so often helped me.

I am also a pharmacy assistant at DRI and we’re in desperate need of a fridge for the tea room for the department. There are over 120 members of staff using one tiny fridge at the moment, and with summer coming up a second is desperately needed, but the department don’t have it within the budget to fund one, so I’ve decided to try and help out. 

While I can’t say I’m looking forward to scaling down the side of the women and children’s hospital, it’s for such a great cause (my cold dinners) that I hope to push past my fears to get this done!

Pharmacy department fridge!

Hi all, 

I’ve decided to use the funds I raise here towards getting a new fridge for the pharmacy department break room!

I myself am a pharmacy assistant at DRI and one of the two break room fridges broke not too long ago. With summer coming up we could really do with another fridge, so I’ve asked to delegate these funds towards this!
