add remove
Bluebird Care (Doncaster) is a family run home care provider and part of one of the UK's largest and most trusted home care franchises. They are care providers dedicated to helping people live safely, independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.  Their highly skilled and compassionate team supports individuals and families across Doncaster, delivering care that goes beyond tasks as they build meaningful relationships and make a positive difference to people's lives.
The team at Bluebird Care (Doncaster) walk alongside individuals and families affected by dementia every single day. They see the confusion, the heartbreak and challenges that dementia brings , not only for those living with the condition, but for the loved ones who support them as well. They strongly believe that every person living with dementia deserves care that makes a real difference at ground level within our local hospitals and community. They emphasised that even small changes can have a profound impact on dementia patients and families helping to create more understanding , compassion and comfort where it is needed the most.

This is why supporting dementia services  at our local  hospitals are so important  to Bluebird Care (Doncaster) . Through this Charity Ball, they hope to help make a difference to the lives of patients and families facing this difficult journey and give something back to a cause that touches so many hearts. Funds raised can help create a more dementia friendly environment, provide specialist equipment and sensory resources, enhances staff training or develop spaces that reduce anxiety and confusion for patients.
